Our Scope of Work Included:
Structural Framing: Installation of Metsec SFS infill and load-bearing wall systems for robust and efficient construction.
External Cladding: Installation of OSB board to the external perimeter for weatherproofing and structural integrity.
Insulation: Installation of 150mm Kingspan insulation for enhanced energy efficiency and thermal performance.
Internal Partitioning: Construction of British Gypsum metal stud partitions for creating defined spaces within the visitor center.
Finishing Touches:
Professional plastering for smooth and even surfaces.
Installation of high-quality Burgess and Armstrong ceiling systems for a polished aesthetic.
Comprehensive first and second-fix carpentry and joinery work, including doors, windows, and internal fittings.
