DWB Contractors played a key role in the construction of Lime Academy Parnwell, contributing significantly to the creation of a modern and functional educational facility.
Our Scope of Work Included:
Structural Framing: Installation of Metsec SFS infill and load-bearing wall systems for a robust and efficient building structure.
External Cladding: Installation of OSB board to the external perimeter, providing a solid base for subsequent external finishes.
Internal Partitioning: Construction of British Gypsum metal stud partitions to create well-defined classrooms, offices, and other necessary spaces within the academy.
Surface Finishes:
Professional plastering to ensure smooth and even surfaces throughout the building.
Installation of a Rockfon lay-in grid suspended ceiling system, providing excellent acoustics and a modern aesthetic that enhances the learning environment.
Carpentry and Joinery: Comprehensive first and second-fix carpentry and joinery work, including doors, windows, and internal fittings.
